Aldea Ron Miel is a traditional Canary Islands honey rum, blending aged rum made from fresh sugar-cane juice with local bee honey. Its combination of island rum character and natural sweetness makes it a distinctive after-dinner pour.

Aroma & Palate
The aroma brings together the rich, mellow notes of aged rum and the warm sweetness of honey. On the palate, it is smooth and generously sweet, with rum providing balance and a lingering honeyed finish.

Distillation & Maturation
It is made by combining Ron Añejo produced from fresh Canary Islands sugar-cane juice with local bee honey. According to the producer’s description, the blend uses neither neutral alcohol nor artificial flavours.

Serving Suggestions
Traditionally enjoyed at the end of a meal, it pairs well with desserts. It can also be used as a sweet component in cocktails; start with a small measure and adjust to taste.
