Best served slightly chilled or over ice as a digestif, Aldea Ron Miel pairs well with desserts such as almond cake, flan, pastries, and ice cream. It also works nicely as a cocktail ingredient, especially in simple mixed drinks where its honeyed character can shine. No decanting is necessary.
