Production
The grapes come from steep vineyards around Mehring in the central Mosel, where Devonian slate soils, cool nights and a long growing season promote finesse and mineral precision. Weingut Lenhardt farms sustainably and harvests by hand, selecting the grapes carefully before gentle pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation helps preserve the wine’s delicate fruit and natural freshness, followed by maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for added texture without compromising the light, elegant Kabinett style.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. This Riesling is an excellent match for oysters, sashimi, ceviche and delicately spiced Asian cuisine, as well as poultry terrines and mature goat’s cheese. Its balance of freshness and subtle sweetness also makes it a sophisticated aperitif. Decanting is not necessary, although a short period of aeration in the glass can reveal additional floral and mineral nuances.
