My parents have been running a restaurant for 37 years, so I became familiar with the different areas of hospitality at an early age. After training as a hotel specialist, I was offered a position as Commis Sommelier at Aqua*** in Wolfsburg, where I discovered my passion for wine and fine service. Throughout my career around the world, wine has remained an important part and led me to Karlsruhe, at the heart of popular German wine regions such as Baden and Pfalz, where I was able to build a large network with sommeliers and winemakers. Now I am responsible for the wine selection at one of the most beautiful and largest golf resorts in Germany, and I am ready to pass on my passion and knowledge to young enthusiasts, with a special focus on our gourmet restaurant "Blüchers."
