Delivery
It may take up to 3 business days from the time you place your order until you receive an order confirmation with a tracking link.
Please note: If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one order confirmation, as some items are shipped in separate packages and from different partner stores.

If you have any questions or if more than 4 business days have passed without receiving an order confirmation, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
On average, it takes 1–5 business days from the time you place your order until your items are shipped from our partner stores. Please note that not all couriers deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels from different partner stores. This means that your items may arrive on different days.

Your package may be delivered by different carriers, such as DHL Express, PostNord, GLS, or UPS. You will always be notified which carrier is handling your order or specific items.
Delivery to a Parcel Shop
This option is free for all orders. If you choose this delivery method, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification as soon as the package is ready for pickup. To collect your parcel, simply bring the tracking number and a valid photo ID.
Delivery to a Home or Business Address
This option is also free for all orders. You will receive an SMS and/or email notification once your package is on its way for delivery.
Bottle Hero partners with local stores. This means that if you ordered multiple items in the same order, they may be shipped in separate packages from different stores.
Orders
We’re sorry that one or more items in your order could not be delivered.
Since orders on Bottle Hero are fulfilled by specialty shops, it can occasionally happen that an item is sold in the physical store at the same time as your online order is placed.
If this happens, you will always be notified as soon as possible via email.
Oh no! We're very sorry that the wrong item was delivered to you.
If you received a different item than the one you ordered, please return it to us. We’ll make sure to refund you for the incorrect item as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs will also be refunded in the case of a return due to a wrong item being sent.
Since we work with physical partner stores, it can occasionally happen that an item is sold in the store at the same time as you place your order on Bottle Hero.
If this happens, you’ll be notified by email, and of course, you will not be charged for the item.
Product Questions
As we are a platform made up of independent partner stores, we unfortunately don’t know if or when a specific product will be back in stock.
Our partners regularly update their inventories with both new and returning products, so we recommend keeping an eye on the site!
Complaints
If the items you’ve received are defective or do not look or function as advertised, please file a claim using the form under “Refunds & Returns”, which you can find at the bottom of our website.
Once you’ve submitted the form, your claim will be reviewed, and you’ll receive an email informing you of the next steps.
We’ll keep you updated as often as possible, and once your claim has been assessed, we’ll provide you with an estimate of when you can expect it to be resolved.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been handled and the refund issued.
If you paid by credit or debit card, please note that it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Discount Codes & Gift Cards
If you’ve been lucky enough to receive a discount code or gift card for Bottle Hero and want to use it on an order, simply enter the code in the “Add discount code” field at checkout.
After entering the code, click “Add”, and the discount will be applied and visible in your order summary.
Yes! Simply order the gift card for the amount you wish to give. You will then receive an email with your e-gift card attached.
You can either forward the gift card directly to the lucky recipient, or print it yourself in A4 or A5 format—it's entirely up to you.

Bottlehero.dk makes it easy for independent stores to sell their products online – quickly and effortlessly. This allows us to offer you one of the widest selections of premium wine, beer, and spirits, all while providing a more personal shopping experience.
All orders placed on Bottle Hero are sent to our partner stores, where they are carefully packed and prepared with love for each customer.
Help Us Fight Overproduction
Unlike many other online platforms, we don’t operate a central warehouse. Instead of asking producers to make even more bottles or cans, we work with what already exists in physical specialty stores – connecting you directly with them.
Our goal is to help pave the way for a more sustainable alcohol industry by reducing overproduction and supporting local shops, helping them stay alive and thrive.
We also work closely with our partner stores to reduce waste. That’s why you’ll sometimes find curated boxes with short-dated items offered at excellent prices – helping you save money while minimizing waste.
When you place an order on Bottle Hero, it is forwarded to our network of independent partner stores. These stores will process your order within 48 hours, after which you’ll receive an order confirmation.
Your order is carefully packed and shipped directly from the store to your doorstep within 1–4 business days.
If you’ve ordered multiple items in the same order, please note that they may be shipped separately from different stores.

2. To complete your order, click on the cart icon in the top right corner. Tick the box confirming that you accept the terms and conditions and that you are over 18 years old. Then click "Go to Checkout"
3. Fill in your delivery and address details

6. Shortly after completing your payment, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been registered in our system and is awaiting processing by one of our partner stores.
