Sourced from vineyards in Abruzzo, a region framed by the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains, Tralcetto Bianco Zero Alcol benefits from a climate that combines sunny days, cooling breezes and significant day–night temperature shifts. These conditions help preserve acidity and aromatic intensity in the grapes destined for this alcohol-free cuvée. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, typically in the cooler hours to retain freshness, and gently pressed to obtain a clean, fragrant must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to protect delicate aromas. After the base wine is made, the alcohol is carefully removed—typically via a gentle, low-temperature process that aims to preserve flavour and aroma—resulting in a fresh, non-alcoholic white with a clearly wine-like profile.
