Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Riesling is a versatile match for fresh seafood, sushi, shellfish, salads, spicy Asian dishes and light poultry preparations. Decanting is generally not necessary, although a short period of aeration in the glass can help reveal more of the wine’s aromas.
