Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shines a deep golden colour, hinting at its richness and concentration. The bouquet is layered and expressive, with aromas of ripe quince, peach, dried apricots, heather honey, and a subtle note of toasted brioche. On the palate, the wine is lush and creamy, yet never heavy, carried by a vibrant acidity that keeps everything fresh and lifted. The finish is long, elegant, and refined, with superb concentration and an almost weightless sense of purity. It has excellent aging potential and will continue to develop complexity over many years.

Production
Made from Riesling grapes grown in the steep, slate-rich slopes of Trabener Würzgarten in the Mosel, this Beerenauslese reflects a cool-climate terroir known for producing wines of tension, minerality, and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested by hand in selective passes, with only botrytised berries chosen for their concentration and natural sweetness. Vinification is carried out with great care to preserve freshness, balance, and the delicacy of the fruit.

Food & Serving
Ideal with blue cheese, foie gras, fruit-based desserts, tarte tatin, or simply enjoyed on its own as a meditative finish to a meal. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
