Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Grüner Veltliner shows a bright, polished appearance that hints at its fresh yet layered style. The nose is expressive and inviting, with mirabelle, ripe pear, pineapple, peach, herbs, honey and the classic peppery lift that defines the grape. On the palate, it is silky and mineral, with ripe yellow fruit and subtle tropical notes carried by excellent balance and a firm sense of structure. The finish is long and impressive, suggesting very good aging potential for those who want to follow its evolution over time.

Production
The wine comes from the Kittmannsberg site, a top vineyard at around 365 meters above sea level, where cool air and limestone-rich soils create ideal conditions for Grüner Veltliner. The vineyard is farmed according to organic principles, and the wine is matured in acacia wood, adding texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile food wine that works beautifully with roasted poultry, pork, veal, rich fish dishes, asparagus, and aromatic vegetable preparations. Serve it well chilled at around 10–12°C; decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open up its layered aromas if enjoyed young.
