Production
The grapes come from kargem Buntsandstein soils in Franconia, where older vines help naturally limit yields and intensify flavor. According to the producer, the wine is matured in barrique in a style inspired by France, allowing gentle oak influence while preserving the wine’s rich fruit core and varietal character.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with duck, roast poultry, mushroom dishes, and lightly gamey meats. It is best served slightly chilled, around 14–16°C, and does not require extended decanting, though a short aeration can help open the aromas.
