Harvest is performed by hand, parcel by parcel, to select only the healthiest bunches. After gentle crushing and destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with extended maceration on the skins to extract color, tannin, and aromatic complexity. The wine then matures for an extended period—primarily in large Slavonian oak casks with a portion in smaller French barriques—before bottling, followed by further bottle aging to harmonize tannins and integrate its aromatic profile.
