The Extra Dry style gives it a touch of natural sweetness without losing its freshness, making it best enjoyed young while its primary fruit remains vibrant.

Production
This organic Prosecco is produced from Glera grapes using gentle winemaking methods designed to preserve freshness and finesse. The Charmat method is used for the second fermentation, taking place in tank rather than in bottle, which helps maintain the wine’s bright fruit character and delicate bubbles. The wine is made with natural, minimal-intervention principles and is also vegan, reflecting a careful and contemporary approach to production.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with spritz cocktails, light starters, seafood, and simple vegetarian dishes. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C; decanting is not necessary.
