The grapes come from a two-hectare vineyard in the Alimata district of Montefredane, in the province of Avellino, positioned around 350 meters above sea level on an east-facing hillside. This elevated site benefits from cooler morning sun and good air circulation, helping preserve acidity and aromatic purity. The wine is made from Fiano grapes grown on this terroir, which is particularly well suited to producing structured, mineral white wines with strong regional identity.

This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, risotto, fresh cheeses, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C to best enjoy its aromatic detail and freshness.
