Villa Antinori Toscana Bianco is a classic Tuscan white with a modern edge, crafted from a thoughtful blend of both local and international grapes. First introduced in 1931 by Niccolò Antinori, it remains a signature wine for the house, balancing freshness, finesse, and a strong sense of heritage.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, it opens with a delicate, refined nose of white flowers, citrus, orchard fruit, and subtle mineral notes. The blend brings good lift and brightness, with a fresh, clean palate that shows ripe pear, green apple, lemon zest, and a gentle floral finish. Silky yet vibrant, the wine is shaped more by precision than weight, making it an easy-drinking white with enough structure to keep it interesting. While best enjoyed young for its freshness and aromatic clarity, it should hold well over the short term.

Production
Villa Antinori Bianco is produced in Tuscany from vineyards selected for balance and freshness, with harvesting carried out in stages from early September to early October depending on varietal ripeness. The grapes are gently de-stemmed and pressed, then cooled to 10°C for natural settling before fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled 18°C. The wine remains in tank at 10°C until bottling, preserving its clean aromatics and crisp style.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile food wine, ideal with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, vegetable risotto, and fresh salads. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
