Vieux Calvados Lemorton Réserve 8 ans is an elegant Calvados from Domfront, where pears take a starring role alongside apples. Its fruit-forward character is notably light, floral and fresh, offering a graceful alternative to more apple-led bottlings.

Aroma & Palate
The aroma evokes an autumn orchard, with ripe pear and apple joined by floral notes, leaves and fallen fruit. On the palate, the orchard fruit leads, while a lively freshness and light, elegant texture balance the spirit’s strength. The finish is fresh and gently fruit-led.

Distillation & Maturation
Made in Domfront, where the local terroir is especially suited to pears, Lemorton’s Calvados can contain close to 70% pears, with the remainder made up of apples. This Réserve bottling is aged for eight years; further details about distillation and maturation are not available.
