Tasting Notes
Bright and inviting in the glass, this Pinot Gris opens with floral Muscat-like aromas, complemented by lively citrus and sweet orange notes. The palate is fresh, vibrant and gently off-dry, balancing its charming sweetness with crisp acidity. A smooth, lingering finish adds to its easy-drinking appeal. Best enjoyed young, while its floral and citrus character is at its most vivid.

Production
The grapes were harvested and handled cold before being gently pressed, with no skin contact to preserve freshness and avoid pronounced aromatic extraction or phenolic grip. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks for three weeks at temperatures below 15°C, helping retain the wine’s delicate aromatics and lively character. No specific terroir or harvesting method is provided.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity pair beautifully with spicy Asian dishes, sushi, seafood, fresh salads and soft cheeses, while its floral character also makes it an enjoyable aperitif. Decanting is not necessary; open shortly before serving to let the aromas emerge.
