Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a clear, light ruby color. The nose is open and inviting, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and ripe strawberry, lifted by subtle spice and a gentle earthy nuance. On the palate, it feels silky and fresh, with juicy red berry fruit, soft tannins, and a bright, harmonious structure. It is approachable now for its lively fruit and smooth texture, though it should hold nicely over the next few years if stored well.

Sourced from the cool Casablanca Valley, the wine benefits from a long ripening season shaped by ocean-influenced temperatures and moderate climate, allowing the grapes to develop clean fruit character and natural freshness. This is a versatile Pinot Noir that pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, pork, salmon, pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, and mild cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 14–16°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless you want to open up the aromatics a little before serving.
