Harvest is typically carried out by hand to ensure only the best fruit is selected, followed by careful vinification designed to highlight the grape’s natural spice, fruit purity, and elegant tannins.

A natural match for roasted poultry, game birds, grilled pork, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve slightly cool, around 16–18°C, to best show its aromatic lift; decanting for 30 minutes is recommended if opened young.
