Bisol’s Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut Magnum is a refined expression of one of Italy’s most celebrated sparkling wine regions. Made primarily from the local Glera grape with a touch of Pinot Blanc, it captures the elegance, freshness, and historic character that have made Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore renowned for centuries.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow color with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose is clean and inviting, offering fresh notes of green apple, ripe pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is crisp and graceful, with the same orchard-fruit character carried by a soft, creamy mousse. A subtle mineral edge and refreshing finish keep it poised and extremely moreish. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant freshness, though it will hold its charm well over the short to medium term.

Production
This wine comes from the steep hills of Valdobbiadene in Veneto, where the local “Crede” soils are rich in clay and built on ancient marine deposits. The damp subsoil and well-exposed vineyard sites give the vines excellent conditions for producing wines with finesse, aromatic intensity, and natural freshness. Harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve purity and balance, the wine is crafted in the traditional sparkling style that defines top-quality Prosecco Superiore.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, seafood, fresh salads, and delicately spiced Asian dishes. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy to preserve its lively bubbles and fresh aromas.
