Travaglini Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo is a refined expression of Piedmont’s signature grape, offering the brightness and structure that make Nebbiolo so distinctive. Produced by the historic Travaglini family, it reflects decades of dedication to crafting wines of character from the hills of northern Piemonte.

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-red in the glass with garnet nuances, it opens gradually on the nose with earthy notes of underbrush, ripe red fruit, incense, and wild flowers. Mineral tones, almost iron-like in character, add depth and a sense of place. The palate is elegant and medium-bodied, with freshness that keeps the wine lively and precise. A pronounced saline edge carries through to a long finish, giving the wine a distinctive, mouthwatering persistence and promising good development over the next few years.

Production
Made from 100% Nebbiolo in the Coste della Sesia DOC of Piedmont, this wine comes from a cool northern Italian terroir shaped by hillside vineyards and mineral-rich soils. The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve freshness and aromatic finesse, then vinified to highlight Nebbiolo’s natural tension, fragrance, and structure.

Food & Serving
This Nebbiolo pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, roasted poultry, veal, braised meats, and aged cheeses. Serve it at 16–18°C to bring out its aromatic complexity; decanting for about 30 minutes can help the wine open up, especially in its youth.
