Production
Sourced from Alto Adige’s cooler, high-altitude vineyard sites, where Lagrein thrives in well-drained soils and benefits from warm days and cool nights. The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve fruit purity and freshness, then vinified with traditional red-wine methods to extract color, flavor, and structure before being matured to add complexity and harmony.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled meats, venison, braised beef, game birds, mushroom risotto, and hard alpine cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider a short decant if opened young, especially to let the wine’s aromatics and tannins fully open up.
