Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon-pink hue that hints at its subtle skin contact and elegant style. The nose is immediately inviting, with intense aromas of strawberries and raspberries, followed by cranberry, violet, and a touch of rosebud. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with sparkling acidity, clean red fruit, and a precise, refreshing finish. The wine is best enjoyed young, when its aromatic freshness and bright fruit are at their most expressive. While it is not intended for long cellar aging, it will deliver its best drinking over the next couple of years, preserving its lively character and delicate balance.

Production
The grapes come from vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, grown at elevations between 200 and 550 meters above sea level. The soils are calcareous with clay and gravel, helping give the wine structure and clarity, while the local climate brings warm daytime temperatures and cool alpine nights that preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Vinification includes a short maceration on the skins to achieve the pale rosé color and capture delicate aromas, followed by gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging also takes place in steel to maintain purity, fruit definition, and a bright, refreshing profile.

Food & Serving
This rosé is an excellent match for seafood starters, shellfish, light fish dishes, and fresh cheeses. It is also a lovely choice with summer salads, grilled prawns, or antipasti. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C; decanting is not necessary.
