Tramin Pinot Grigio is a fresh, elegant Alto Adige white from one of South Tyrol’s most respected estates. Made entirely from Pinot Grigio and crafted with the precision Cantina Tramin is known for, it offers a pure, modern expression of the grape with a regional heritage dating back to 1898.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color that immediately signals freshness and finesse. The nose is expressive yet refined, with floral tones lifted by ripe fruit notes of peach and pear. On the palate, it is delicate, juicy, and pleasantly soft, balanced by a clean, refreshing acidity that keeps each sip lively. The partially malolactic fermentation adds a gentle roundness without losing definition, and the wine is best enjoyed young while its fruit and floral character are at their most vibrant.

Production
Sourced from Alto Adige vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, the wine reflects the cool climate and alpine-influenced terroir that help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully placed in small containers to protect their integrity before being gently pressed. Vinification takes place in small stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19°C, with partial malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in stainless steel to maintain purity and precision.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Grigio is an excellent aperitif and pairs naturally with light dishes such as salads, seafood, grilled vegetables, white fish, and delicate pasta preparations. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
