Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful ruby-red color with a bright, polished edge. The nose opens with dark cherry, blackcurrant and ripe berry fruit, followed by subtle notes of spice, forest floor and a gentle oak influence. The palate is both generous and poised, with fresh natural acidity carrying the fruit and soft tannins giving shape and length. It finishes long and persistent, with enough structure to drink well now while still having the potential to develop further over the next 5-7 years.

Production
This wine comes from old-vine parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin, where Burgundy’s limestone-rich soils and cool climate help preserve freshness, precision and aromatic detail. The grapes are traditionally macerated and fermented, then matured in French oak barrels to bring additional complexity while keeping the Pinot Noir character at the forefront.
