Terlano Pinot Grigio Tradition is a refined expression of Alto Adige, showing the freshness, elegance, and precision that have made Cantina Terlano one of northern Italy’s most respected names. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, it offers a beautifully aromatic style that balances fruit, florals, and structure in a way that feels both classic and inviting.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright pale straw-yellow color that hints at its lively, mountain-grown character. The nose is stimulating and fruit-driven, with grapefruit, lychee, and white melon lifted by floral aromas reminiscent of a freshly cut meadow. On the palate, the wine is supple and medium-bodied, with a refined balance of black tea nuances, ripe melon, and mature grapefruit. Its texture is smooth and rounded, yet it keeps a fresh, elegant line through the finish. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant aromatics, though it should hold its charm over the next few years.

Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, this Pinot Grigio reflects the cool Alpine influences and mineral-rich soils that give the region’s whites their clarity and finesse. The grapes are harvested with care to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, then vinified in a way that emphasizes the grape’s natural fruit expression, clean structure, and soft texture.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes, risotto, and poultry with delicate herbs or cream-based sauces. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail; decanting is not necessary.
