Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a light green sheen, this wine is bright and inviting in the glass. The nose opens with pear and crisp apple, layered with gooseberry and lime, and lifted by subtle hints of chamomile and lemongrass. On the palate, it is firm and convincing, with flavors of pear and quince framed by a fruity yet distinctly mineral, saline character. Fresh, linear, and elegant, it has the structure to age gracefully for a few years while retaining its lively, refined profile.

Production
Made in Alto Adige DOC from carefully hand-harvested Pinot Bianco grapes, the fruit is selected by hand before undergoing gentle pressing and natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place slowly at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6–7 months of lees aging in steel to build texture while preserving the wine’s clean, focused expression.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Bianco is an excellent match for freshwater fish, shellfish, grilled white meats, vegetable risotto, and light pasta dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and while decanting is not necessary, a few minutes in the glass can help the wine’s aromatic detail open up beautifully.
