Terlano Merlot Siebeneich Riserva is a polished, terroir-driven Merlot from one of Alto Adige’s most respected cooperatives. It stands out for its saturated fruit, elegant herbal lift, and the depth that comes from careful Riserva aging—an expressive style that reflects the cool Alpine environment of Trentino-Alto Adige.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant, насыщated ruby-red color with impressive depth. The nose is vivid and layered, opening with blackberry and cranberry, followed by notes of mint, eucalyptus, and a subtle hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is beautifully developed and well structured, balancing ripe fruit with freshness and aromatic complexity. The finish is long and persistent, with enough structure to suggest good aging potential over the next several years, especially for those who enjoy Merlot with both charm and definition.

Production
Produced from 100% Merlot in Trentino-Alto Adige, this wine benefits from the region’s cool climate and distinctive mountain-influenced terroir, which help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. It is aged for 12 months, with 50% in large oak casks and 50% in barriques, one-third of which are new, adding texture, spice, and subtle oak complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
This Riserva pairs beautifully with goat kid shoulder in olive oil, as well as braised herbs served with asparagus and wild vegetables. Serve at around 16–18°C to best highlight its aromatics and structure; decanting for about 30–60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoyed in its youth.
