Tasting Notes
The wine has a bright, light pink color with luminous salmon highlights. On the nose, it opens with clean, fruit-driven aromas of raspberry and strawberry, layered with a subtle hint of morello cherry. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a pleasing fresh acidity that keeps the wine lively and precise. Its balance and freshness make it especially enjoyable in its youth, though it should hold its charm well over the next few years if stored properly.

Production
This rosé comes from the hilly Alpine vineyards around Terlano, near Bolzano, where the combination of altitude, mountain influence, and a distinctive microclimate helps preserve aromatic purity and freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected before undergoing gentle pressing and a short skin maceration to achieve the delicate rosé hue. Fermentation takes place slowly at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of aging on the lees to add texture, roundness, and balance.

Food & Serving
Terlano Lagrein Rosè Tradition 2025 pairs beautifully with light starters, charcuterie, carpaccio, beef tartare, fresh cheeses, and delicate white meats. It is also an excellent summer aperitif wine. Serve it well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.
