Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear, saturated straw-yellow color that hints at its ripe aromatic profile. The nose is immediately captivating, layered with lychee, mango, honeysuckle, cloves, and the variety’s signature rose petal notes, creating a bouquet that is both exotic and elegant. Production
The grapes come from Trentino-Alto Adige, where the alpine climate and mineral-rich soils help preserve freshness while enhancing aromatic intensity. The fruit is harvested and selected by hand, then fermented slowly at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to protect the wine’s delicate fragrance and purity. It is aged for 5–7 months on the lees in steel, adding texture and depth without overshadowing the fruit.

This Gewürztraminer is a natural match for aromatic Asian dishes, spicy cuisine, shellfish, rich pâtés, and washed-rind cheeses, as well as flavorful vegetarian plates. Serve it well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass can help the aromatics open up beautifully.
