Tenute Orestiadi Pizzicanti Bianco Frizzante is a lively Sicilian sparkling white that captures the bright, Mediterranean spirit of the Belice Valley. Made from Catarratto Bianco Comune and Grillo, it offers a fresh, expressive style with a name that perfectly reflects its lively fizz and vibrant personality.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows inviting golden reflections and a fine, energetic mousse. The bouquet is charming and fragrant, with notes of tropical fruit, white blossoms, and a distinct Mediterranean freshness. Production
Born in the heart of the Belice Valley in Gibellina, this Terre Siciliane IGT wine reflects Sicily’s sunlit terroir and Mediterranean influence. It is produced from Catarratto Bianco Comune and Grillo, with secondary fermentation in an autoclave for about two months, followed by a further two months on the lees to build finesse and complexity.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with light dishes such as seafood starters, fresh salads, delicate antipasti, and simple vegetable-based plates. Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C, and no decanting is needed.
