Serve lightly cool, around 16–18°C. Its Chianti Rufina style should suit tomato-based pasta, roast chicken, grilled vegetables and mild to medium-aged cheeses. If the wine tastes particularly youthful, try giving it 20–30 minutes in a decanter; otherwise, pour and enjoy.
