Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant, pale golden color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is refined and complex, opening with citrus, white flowers, and subtle hints of toasted brioche and chalky minerality. On the palate, it is full yet beautifully focused, with vibrant acidity, layered texture, and a long, fresh finish. The balance of richness and tension gives it excellent cellaring potential, and the 2007 vintage is expected to evolve gracefully for many years, gaining depth and complexity over time.

Production
Comtes de Champagne is crafted only in outstanding vintages from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru parcels of the Côte des Blancs, where chalk-rich soils lend the wine its signature freshness and mineral drive. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified to preserve purity and precision, with extended lees aging contributing to the wine’s creamy texture and toasty complexity.

This is an exceptional Champagne for fine dining and festive occasions.
