Tasting Notes
Pale and luminous in the glass, Panorama Blanc shows the brightness you would expect from a well-crafted Luberon white. The nose opens with white flowers, citrus peel and a subtle herbal edge, while the palate is crisp and lively with notes of pear, grapefruit and a lightly creamy texture that adds depth without sacrificing freshness. A distinctive saline-mineral finish gives the wine extra character and length, making it feel both elegant and satisfying. Enjoy it in its youth for its vibrant fruit and aromatic clarity, though it should hold well over the next few years as its texture and complexity continue to evolve.

Production
The grapes are grown in calcareous soils in the Luberon, where the warm southern climate is tempered by altitude and the region’s expressive Mediterranean terroir. Harvesting is carried out with precision to preserve freshness, and vinification includes low-temperature fermentation to protect the wine’s delicate fruit and aromatic profile. A gentle use of oak, followed by ageing sur lie in concrete tank, adds breadth and a silky texture while keeping the wine focused and mineral.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 8–10°C. Panorama Blanc is an excellent match for shellfish, grilled fish, fresh salads with herbs, and vegetable dishes such as grilled courgettes or asparagus; it also works beautifully as an aperitif. Decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the aromatics open fully.
