Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, immediately suggesting freshness and brightness. The nose is expressive and layered, with exotic fruit aromas lifted by vegetal nuances and a clear mineral edge that speaks of its Sardinian terroir. On the palate, Sciala is smooth, elegant, and persistent, with a long finish that balances ripe fruit with saline-mineral tension. Its structure and vitality give it good ageing potential for a Vermentino, though it is especially appealing while youthful and vibrant.
