Suntory Chita is produced at the Chita Distillery on the Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture, where the coastal climate and maritime influence contribute to a clean, supple spirit. The whisky is made using a multi-column distillation process that allows Suntory to craft distinct grain whiskies with precise flavor definition and texture. Chita is then carefully blended to highlight elegance, smoothness, and a refined grain character.

Food & Serving
This whisky pairs well with sushi, grilled seafood, tempura, roast chicken, and lightly sweet desserts such as custard or fruit tart. It is best served slightly chilled or over ice, and it shines in a classic Japanese highball. Decanting is not necessary.
