Aroma & Palate
The nose opens with gentle coastal smoke, malted barley and dried fruit, complemented by notes of vanilla, citrus peel and a subtle maritime salinity. On the palate, it is full-bodied and layered, combining honeyed malt, orchard fruit, soft peat smoke and hints of spice with a touch of creamy vanilla and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, bringing together lingering smoke, oak spice and a pleasantly salty freshness.

Distillation & Maturation
Springbank 10 Years is made from malted barley and distilled in traditional copper stills using Springbank’s distinctive 2.5-times distillation process. The whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, allowing the spirit’s gentle peat smoke and coastal character to develop alongside notes of fruit, vanilla and spice. It is presented at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy it neat at room temperature to appreciate its layered character, or add a few drops of water to open up the aromas and soften the alcohol. It also works well over a single large ice cube, although the whisky’s texture and balance are best explored without excessive chilling. Pair it with mature hard cheeses, smoked fish, dark chocolate or savoury charcuterie.
