Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a lovely light yellow-gold colour, hinting at both freshness and ripeness. The nose is generous yet refined, opening with floral notes, fresh hazelnut, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a subtle buttery texture, offering flavours of pear and peach layered with spice and toasted nut character. Eight months in French oak give the wine roundness and persistence, while the youthful tannins and balanced structure suggest it will continue to develop nicely over the next few years.

Made from Chardonnay grown in Mallorca, this wine reflects the island’s warm Mediterranean climate and the characterful expression of its vineyards. The grapes were crafted by Jaume Llabrés and matured for eight months in French oak barrels, a choice that adds complexity, texture, and notes of vanilla and hazelnut while preserving the wine’s natural harmony.
