Sekthaus BurkhardtSchür Tradition Brut Magnum is a characterful German traditional-method sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown across three distinct regions. Production

The base wines spent 11 months on fine lees in large wooden casks and underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation. After traditional bottle fermentation, the wine matured for a further 56 months before disgorgement in April 2024 and a low dosage of 2 g/l.

Try it with oysters, seafood, smoked fish or delicate savoury appetisers, whose freshness and texture suit its complex, mineral-leaning aromas. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Decanting is generally unnecessary for sparkling wine; open carefully and pour shortly before serving.
