Production
Scapegrace is made in New Zealand using 12 carefully selected botanicals and hyper-filtered water sourced from an aquifer fed by rainfall that has filtered through the Southern Alps for around 80 years. This exceptionally pure water gives the gin a remarkably clean foundation, while the botanical mix builds aromatic depth and complexity. The bottle design nods to historical gin bottles from over two centuries ago, blending tradition with a sleek modern presentation.

Food & Serving
Best served well chilled, ideally with premium tonic and a twist of citrus or a fragrant garnish such as rosemary or grapefruit to highlight its botanical character. It pairs naturally with seafood, sushi, light canapés, fresh goat cheese, and herb-forward dishes. No decanting is needed; simply pour over ice and serve at around 6-8°C for the best expression.
