Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-red color that speaks to its youthful freshness. The nose is inviting and classic, with aromas of ripe red cherry, plum, violets, and a touch of spice and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well balanced, with lively acidity, soft tannins, and a juicy core of red fruit. The finish is clean and persistent, with enough structure to suggest a few years of graceful development, though it is very approachable already in its youth.

Made from Sangiovese grown in Tuscany, this wine reflects the region’s warm days, cooling nights, and soils that help preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The grapes are typically harvested at optimal ripeness to capture purity of fruit and natural acidity, then vinified to emphasize balance, varietal character, and a supple, food-friendly style.

It also works beautifully with aged pecorino and savory vegetable dishes. Serve slightly cool, around 16–18°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the aromatics.
