Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of white flowers, tropical fruit, and a gentle hint of vanilla from its short time in oak. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with a clean mineral line and a well-balanced texture that adds depth without losing its lively character. The wine’s careful élevage on French oak with bâtonnage brings a little roundness and complexity, while the stainless-steel fermentation preserves its aromatic purity. It is best enjoyed young for its bright fruit and freshness, though its structure should allow it to hold comfortably for a few years.

Production
Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Puglia, where the warm climate and coastal influence help deliver ripe fruit balanced by freshness. The destemmed grapes spend a short time on the skins at low temperature before pressing to maximize aromatic extraction, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at 15°C to preserve the grape’s natural bouquet. The wine is then aged for four months in French oak barrels with periodic bâtonnage, adding texture and a subtle layer of complexity.

Food & Serving
Ideal with fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, and light poultry dishes, this Chardonnay also works beautifully with creamy risottos and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy to appreciate its freshness and aromatic expression.
