Description

Edilia is a finely restrained Rheingau Riesling from Saltaren Wines, named for winemaker Alex Saltaren Castro’s grandmother and inspired by Pachamama, the Latin American Indigenous figure associated with Mother Earth. Its name reflects a low-intervention philosophy that seeks to let the wine’s natural character speak.
