In the glass, it shows a bright, pale straw color with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose is refined and inviting, with notes of green apple, pear, white flowers, citrus and a delicate herbal lift that reflects the old-vine blend. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with a fine bead and a clean, dry finish. The fruit is fresh and precise, balanced by subtle floral and mineral nuances that give the wine depth and charm.
