Rosset Terroir Valle d'Aosta Nebbiolo 2023 brings together Nebbiolo, one of northern Italy’s most historic red grapes, and the mountain setting of Valle d’Aosta. It offers a distinctive alpine expression of a variety more commonly associated with Piedmont.

Tasting Notes
Nebbiolo typically shows a bright ruby colour and aromas of red cherry, rose and subtle spice, with fresh acidity and firm, often gently drying tannins on the palate. These are characteristic expectations for the grape rather than confirmed tasting notes for this bottling; the wine’s precise profile and ageing potential will depend on its winemaking and maturation.

Food & Serving
Try it with roasted or braised meats, mushroom dishes, or aged cheeses, whose savoury flavours can complement Nebbiolo’s acidity and tannins. Serve slightly cool for a red wine, around 16–18°C; a short decant may help open the wine, particularly if its tannins are pronounced.
