Production
The grapes are sourced primarily from the Rombauer family’s own vineyards in Carneros, one of California’s premier cool-climate regions for Chardonnay. Fruit was hand-harvested during the coldest part of the night and pressed whole while still cool, helping preserve freshness and purity of fruit. The wine then matured for 9 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, contributing richness, spice, and texture.

This is a natural match for roast chicken, grilled lobster, seared scallops, creamy pasta dishes, butter-based seafood preparations, and aged cheeses.
