Food & Serving
Roku Gin is excellent in a classic G&T, especially with a light tonic and a garnish of citrus or fresh herbs, and it also works beautifully in martinis or other gin-forward cocktails. Serve chilled or over ice at around 8–10°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary.
