Roeno’s Riesling Renano Collezione di Famiglia is sourced from carefully chosen vineyards in the eastern foothills near the Adige Valley, where cool nights, warm days and stony, well-drained soils favor slow, even ripening and expressive aromatics. Only in exceptional years are the very best Riesling bunches selected by hand for this cuvée, with strict sorting in the vineyard and again at the cellar door to ensure impeccable fruit quality. After a gentle pressing, the must is fermented at controlled, cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the grape’s natural aromatics and tension. The wine then rests on fine lees for several months, gaining texture, complexity and length, before a careful bottling designed to maintain freshness and allow for graceful evolution in the bottle.

This refined Italian Riesling is a versatile partner at the table. It pairs beautifully with delicate seafood such as oysters, scallops, prawns and freshwater fish, as well as sushi, sashimi and light ceviches, where its acidity and minerality provide a clean counterpoint. It also works well with goat’s cheese, mild soft cheeses, vegetable risotti, white asparagus and subtly spiced Asian dishes such as Thai or Vietnamese cuisine.
