Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, it shows a delicate and open bouquet of white flowers, fresh almonds, citrus fruit, and green apple. The palate is dry and refined, with fine bubbles bringing a pleasant lift and a smooth, elegant texture that keeps the wine feeling bright and focused. This is a sparkling wine driven by clean fruit and freshness rather than weight or complexity, making it immediately enjoyable. Best enjoyed young and fresh, when its aromatic purity and lively mousse are at their most expressive.

Production
The grapes are sourced from certified organic vineyards in Veneto and Oltrepò Pavese, two classic northern Italian wine regions shaped by both Alpine and Mediterranean influences. These cooler conditions help preserve freshness and allow the grapes to develop concentrated aromas over a long growing season. Made primarily from Trebbiano, the wine is vinified using the Charmat method, with the first fermentation carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before disgorgement and bottling at the estate.

A versatile sparkling wine that works beautifully with light starters, seafood canapés, fresh salads, and simple antipasti, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and no decanting is needed.
