In the glass, it shows a deep, concentrated color that hints at its richness and structure. The nose opens with layers of plum, blackberry, and fig, lifted by subtle notes of black tea, sage, tarragon, and a gentle touch of vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and polished, with ripe dark fruit framed by firm yet integrated tannins. Production
This Estate bottling is sourced primarily from young vines in the historic To Kalon vineyard in western Oakville, one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated terroirs. The estate program focuses on parcels that the winemaking team considers among the finest in the valley, and the grapes are selected and blended with great precision to achieve balance and depth. The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, all of them new, which adds spice, texture, and a refined vanilla note without overwhelming the fruit. The result is a carefully crafted Cabernet Sauvignon that combines vineyard character with meticulous cellar work.

Food & Serving
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, and dishes with herb-driven sauces or mushroom elements. It also works well with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 14°C and decant generously, ideally for at least an hour, to allow the aromas and structure to fully open up.
