Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear, deep ruby-red colour. The nose opens with red cherries, ripe strawberries, and cranberry, layered with violet and a subtle earthy complexity. The palate is refined and multi-layered, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity carrying the juicy berry fruit. Hints of spice and forest floor add depth, while the texture remains supple and elegant with a firm core. The finish is long, precise, and mineral-driven, and the wine should continue to evolve beautifully over the next 5–7 years.

Produced in Adelaide Hills, South Australia, an area known for its cool climate and ideal conditions for Pinot Noir. The wine reflects careful vineyard selection and precise winemaking, aimed at preserving freshness, perfume, and structure while building enough concentration for ageing.

Food & Serving
Excellent with duck, mushroom dishes, veal, or game. Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16°C. Decanting is not essential for a younger vintage, but a brief aeration can help open up the aromatic layers if desired.
