In the glass, it shows a luminous golden hue, hinting at its ripeness and depth. The nose is layered and inviting, with pear, apple, lemon oil, white flowers, orange zest, mandarin, and a subtle thread of exotic spice. The palate is full and vivid, yet beautifully balanced, with citrus, orchard fruit, and elderflower framed by notable mineral energy. Sourced from Bearwallow Vineyard in Anderson Valley, this Chardonnay reflects a cool-climate California terroir where freshness and aromatic intensity are naturally preserved. Winemaker Jeff Brinkman uses whole-cluster fermentation in barrel and then matures the wine in stainless steel, a combination that helps build texture while keeping the finished wine precise and expressive.

This Chardonnay pairs wonderfully with roast chicken, lobster, seared scallops, creamy pasta, or dishes with butter, herbs, and citrus. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help reveal its full aromatic range.
